an integrated communication solution, TOPEX-AXIGEN E-voice Center.

The newly launched solution comes as a result of a strategic partnership recently
closed by the two companies. The main objective of this technological collaboration
is to provide the international market with new integrated communication solutions
for companies operating in all economical fields, as well as for ISPs.

TOPEX-AXIGEN E-Voice Center is an IP telephone switch and a mail server at the same
time, covering voice and messaging traffic through the effective usage of the same
IT infrastructure and hardware resources.

Apart from voice and email traffic management features, TOPEX-AXIGEN E-Voice Center
offers additional services, such as Fax2Email, SMS notifications and missed calls
notifications. The Fax2Email feature allows incoming faxes to be forwarded to a
specific email address or to a group email address within the company. The SMS
notification service enables the automatic sending of text message notifications to
users who receive new emails in their inbox. Missed calls are also effectively
handled by notifying users via email whenever they are unable to take a phone call
or when receiving voice mail messages.
